I am an avid and dedicated franchise consultant. I am much more than someone who just matches you with a franchise. When you get to the heart of what a franchise consultant really does, you will discover we provide you with instrumental information necessary to make informed, educated decisions and know how to invest in a proven success system.

As an innovative business professional with over 18 years in business experience managing, developing, implementing and consulting on business processes and entrepreneurial ventures. I have held executive leadership positions in corporate finance and management, and have been an advisor and mentor to
entrepreneurial ventures in the U.S. As a former franchisee to a well-known US brand I have first hand experience in the franchising industry. Furthermore, I am well versed in valuation techniques to determine the best entry and exit price for an investment.

I hold an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Economic Development. I also hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston.

Today, I am the CEO and Founder of AMRA Franchise Consulting providing my services as a Consultant and Business Broker serving clients in the United States & International Markets. I am also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) and the Franchise Consulting Network Franserve.

Administrative Assistant

Lauren has worked for AMRA for over a year and a half and assists in data organization, getting in touch with clients and suppliers, and researching current franchises. She is part of the support team that will help along various steps of the franchising process. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Writing. Lauren also enjoys drawing and creating art in her free time.

Before joining AMRA Franchise Consulting, Jennifer worked for an Oil & Gas Company. She began her career as a senior accountant managing acquisitions, divestures and performing complex G/L account reconciliations. Shortly thereafter, she found her niche with discrepancies. She was relocated to Land Administration and spent the rest of her career as a Division Order Analyst analyzing contracts, leases, title opinions, and locating/resolving discrepancies. Jennifer is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two children together. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel to new places and make memories with her family.
